Welcome to YallaToyz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YallaToyz website, and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting our Website or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
"YallaToyz" may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. General Conditions
1.1. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Website.
1.2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products
2.1. YallaToyz sells toys, including squishies, NeeDoh and sensory toys. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color and appearance may occur.
2.2. Our toys are not food. Although some products may resemble food items, they must not be eaten, chewed or placed in the mouth. Products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for very young children. Adult supervision is recommended, and age guidance shown on product packaging should always be followed.
2.3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.
2.4. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
3.2. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout, which may include card payment and cash on delivery within Lebanon.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Orders and Delivery
4.1. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.
4.2. Delivery is available across Lebanon. Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
4.3. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. YallaToyz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Website. Please review it before placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on this Website, including the YallaToyz name, logo, images, text, graphics and design, is the property of YallaToyz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names (such as NeeDoh) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YallaToyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased through it. In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of Lebanon.
9. Indemnification
9.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless YallaToyz and its owners, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts located in Lebanon in all disputes arising.
