What age are these toys for?
Most of our squishies and sensory toys are suitable for ages 3 and up. Age guidance is shown on each product page. Small parts mean they are not suitable for children under 3.
Do you deliver all over Lebanon?
Yes - Beirut, Mount Lebanon and every other region. See our Shipping page for fees and timings.
How much is delivery?
$4 within 15 km of Hazmieh, $6 everywhere else in Lebanon, and free on all orders above $30. The fee for your address is calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect free of charge from our location in Hazmieh. We will message you when your order is ready.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.
How often do you add new toys?
Every week. Whatever is trending, we try to get it in fast - follow us or join our newsletter to hear first.
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds - all sales are final. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. See Returns & Refunds.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Are these toys safe?
We only stock toys that carry the appropriate age warnings. Always supervise young children during play. Some of our toys look like food but must never be eaten.
