YallaToyz does not accept returns and does not offer refunds. All sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Verified damaged, defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
