If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
How to return something
- Message us on WhatsApp 03 496 045 or email info@yallatoyz.com with your order number.
- Send a quick photo of the item and the packaging.
- We will confirm the return and arrange collection or exchange.
Conditions
- Items should be in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, opened sensory toys can only be returned if faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
We would rather fix a problem than argue about it - just reach out.
