2.1. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

2.2. Verified damaged, defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
