Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

1.1. YallaToyz delivers across all of Lebanon.

1.2. Free in-store pickup is also available from Munchies House, Hazmiyeh. Select the pickup option at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

2.1. Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2.2. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Fees

3.1. A delivery fee of USD 4.00 applies to addresses located within a 15 km radius of our location in Hazmiyeh.

3.2. A delivery fee of USD 6.00 applies to all other areas across Lebanon.

3.3. Delivery is free of charge on all orders with a value above USD 30.00.

3.4. The applicable delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Payment on Delivery

4.1. Cash on delivery is available across Lebanon. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery driver where possible.

5. In-Store Pickup

5.1. Orders may be collected free of charge from Munchies House, Hazmiyeh, during business hours.

5.2. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting.

6. Order Tracking and Issues

6.1. Once your order is dispatched, we or our delivery partner will contact you to coordinate delivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.

6.2. If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unreachable or the address provided is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

6.3. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@yallatoyz.com and we will follow up with the delivery partner immediately.
