Best Squishies for Kids in Lebanon (2026 Guide)
Walk into any school playground in Lebanon right now and you will spot them: glitter cubes being squeezed under desks, banana squishies hanging off backpacks, and at least one kid showing off a squishy that looks exactly like a stick of butter. Squishies have gone from a passing trend to the default small toy, and for good reason — they are affordable, quiet, screen-free and surprisingly calming. Here is our honest 2026 guide to the ones worth buying, based on what kids in Lebanon keep coming back for.
The classic: NeeDoh Nice Cube
If you only buy one squishy, make it the NeeDoh Nice Cube ($4.00). The glitter-filled galaxy cube is the toy that started the whole cube craze: it gives like dough when you press it slowly, pushes back when you grip it fast, and always settles back into a perfect square. At this price it also makes an easy party-bag gift. Kids who love it usually move on to the rest of the NeeDoh family, like the popsicle-shaped NeeDoh Nice-Sicle ($4.00).
Best food squishy: Jelly Apple
Food squishies are the biggest category in our store, and the Jelly Apple Squishy ($11.00) is the one we recommend first. The translucent jelly finish catches the light, it is one of the quietest fidgets we sell, and it is satisfying for adults too — more than one parent has "borrowed" it permanently. If your child prefers something sillier, the Glitter Dumpling Squishy ($6.00) and the Chocolate Bar Squishy in Mars, Snickers, Bounty and Twix styles ($5.50) are reliable favourites.
Best jumbo: Giant Strawberry Two-Hand Squishy
Jumbo squishies are the show-off category — too big for one hand, perfect for big dramatic squeezes. The Giant Strawberry Two-Hand Squishy ($20.00) is the star of the range, with the Extra-Large Cheese Block Squishy ($16.00) close behind. These work brilliantly as birthday gifts because they look impressive the moment the wrapping comes off.
Best budget picks
Pocket-money prices, full-size fun: the 2 Pack Stress Balls with mini beads ($5.00), the Pikachu Character Squishy ($5.00) and the Butter Stick Squishy ($5.00) all sit at the five-dollar mark. For K-pop fans, the NeeDoh K-Pop Demon Hunters squishies — MIRA, RUMI and ZOEY — are $6.00 each and have been selling out repeatedly since they landed.
What to check before you buy
Three quick tips from our customers. First, slow-rise squishies feel softer but show scratches sooner; solid-squish toys like NeeDoh last longer in school bags. Second, "random colour" listings mean exactly that — kids who care about a specific colour should pick a named-colour product. Third, squishies are toys, not food: most of ours are recommended for ages 3 and up, and the age guidance is listed on each product page.
