How to return something

2. Send a quick photo of the item and the packaging.
3. We will confirm the return and arrange collection or exchange.

Conditions

• Items should be in their original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, opened sensory toys can only be returned if faulty.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
